- Organizing the place how I would run/manage it
- Officially have Status within the company
- Recognized by the parents as an integral part of Learna
- Happy to clock in 4-8
- Authority comes with both advantages AND disadvantages
- Taking the reigns is experience much-needed for my TC Resume
